One of the best I have had! Especially since it was an hour and a half away from home. Total time at sunset was less than 3.5 hours. Got a good deal and a fair trade in value. All the people where very easy to deal with.

The service guys were professional & friendly. My only issue is I was told all fluids were replenished, however, next morning I see a message I’m low on windshield fluid.

I think Tito Gonzalez is a wonderful employee. He is so gracious and patient. I have been his customer for the past 3 years for my annual check up and I look forward to seeing him next year.

The repair is wonderful! But, the actual bill was Arounf $499 higher than the $3700 dollars Patrick quoted and I agreed to but is no longer working there at Sunset. Plus, they never applied a $200 credit I have there from the previous service, finally the 3% added charge for using my credit card was very unfair on this large repair bill.
